Awaken an hour before your scheduled wakeup;
read your smartphone or leave bed to drink some water and let some go, raising the mind a stratum into wakefulness;
get back into bed, pull your eyemask on, and pull OHIB over yourself, submarining beneath the flood of morning light;
say your prayers while slowly down-shifting brain waves back into neutral as it were - whisper them with sufficient noise for the inclined ears of the prayed-for up in the Astral to receive the signal – consciousness-to-consciousness - and graciously respond to being remembered by someone down here in the tussle of an earthly existence they fondly remember by charming up a substrate onto which you'll float the fun thoughts of a pleasant dream with a maybe vivid, maybe sensory, maybe lush, languorous Saturday feel.
Keep it real. A prayer's sincerity is its guarantee of being heard.
